We are situated along the river Vilaine, whichs forms part of the waterway between the Channel and the Atlantic (St Malo - La Roche-Bernard).

A lot of touristic attractions are located within a radius of 15 miles :

To the south

- Herbignac with its exhibition on the history of pottery
- Kerhinet, a small village with old houses with thatched roofs
- Guérande, an old fortified town and its salt pans
- La Baule, which has the longest beach in Europe with many sea-side attractions
- The sea-side path between Pen-Bé and pointe de halgen (at the entrance of Vilaine)
- Pénestin and its beach of mine d'or (gold mines)

To the west

- The barrage of Arzal, wits lock and its fish ladder
- Suscinio, a medieval castle on presqu'île de Rhuys
- The harbours : Port Navalo, le Crouesty and the islands of Houat and Hoedic
- Vannes, its old town, fortifications and gardens, and its wash houses.
- Guf of Morbihan wich is nearly 50 islands all around : a true inland sea and the touristic Ile aux Moînes and savage île d'Arz and penisula of Berder (with access at low tide + or - 2 hours) more espacially.
- Old harbours of Bono and St Goustan (Auray)
- The chapel of St Philibert, with its models of boats, and park along the river

  


To the north
- Little cities of character : La Roche-Bernard and its museum of maritime Vilaine and Rochefort-en-Terre
- The animal park of Branféré
- Le Guerno, an old village with a chapel which has an external pulpit
- La Vraie-Croix, an old floral village and a chapel on the first floor with access by 2 external stairs

To the north-east
- The ruined castle (IX century) of Rieux (free entry) and its arboretum, along the Vilaine
- L'Ile aux Pies and La Gacilly
