Das Cottage ist ein großes Haus, das auf 3 Ebenen wie folgt angeordnet ist:
- Im Erdgeschoss: eine ausgestattete Küche und ein Wohnzimmer/Aufenthaltsraum
- Obergeschoss: 1 Schlafzimmer mit 1 Bett 160 x 200, 1 Schlafzimmer mit 1 Bett 160 x 200 und mit eigenem Duschbad mit WC. Auch auf dieser Ebene: ein unabhängiges Badezimmer und eine separate Toilette.
- Im 2. Stock: 2 Schlafzimmer (jeweils mit 2 Betten 90 x 190), ein Duschbad und ein separates WC.
Der Zugang zum Cottage erfolgt über eine Treppe, die zur 1. Ebene führt.
Draußen: auf einem eingezäunten Grundstück von 90 m² in Südlage: eine Kiesterrasse und ein Garten mit Gartenmöbeln, der von einem schönen Kirschbaum beschattet wird.
Sie haben 2 private Parkplätze vor dem Haus (Straßenseite), andere Plätze auf der öffentlichen Straße möglich (kostenlos). Das Cottage liegt an der Departementsstraße, aber der Garten befindet sich auf der Rückseite des Hauses. Lassen Sie sich von der Süße des Lebens und der einzigartigen Umgebung der kleinen Stadt Auray mit Blick auf eine Ria im Golf von Morbihan verzaubern. The cottage is a large house arranged on 3 levels as follows:

- On the 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms (each with 2 beds 90 x 190), a shower room and a separate toilet.
Access to the cottage is via stairs leading to the 1st level.
Outside: on an enclosed plot of 90 m² facing south: a gravelled terrace and a garden with garden furniture shaded by a beautiful cherry tree.

Het huisje is een groot huis dat als volgt op 3 niveaus is ingedeeld:

- Boven: 1 slaapkamer met 1 bed van 160 x 200, 1 slaapkamer met 1 bed van 160 x 200 en met een eigen doucheruimte met wc. Ook op dit niveau: een aparte badkamer en een apart toilet.
- Op de 2e verdieping: 2 slaapkamers (elk met 2 bedden van 90 x 190), een doucheruimte en een apart toilet.
Toegang tot het huisje is via een trap die leidt naar de 1e verdieping.
Buiten: op een omheind perceel van 90 m² op het zuiden: een grindterras en een tuin met tuinmeubelen in de schaduw van een prachtige kersenboom.
U beschikt over 2 eigen parkeerplaatsen voor het huisje (straatzijde), overige plaatsen mogelijk aan de openbare weg (gratis). Het huisje ligt langs de departementale weg, maar de tuin ligt aan de achterkant van het huis. La cabaña es una casa grande dispuesta en 3 niveles de la siguiente manera:
- En la planta baja: una cocina equipada y una sala de estar
- Planta alta: 1 dormitorio con 1 cama de 160 x 200, 1 dormitorio con 1 cama de 160 x 200 y baño privado con ducha y wc. También en este nivel: un baño independiente y un aseo separado.
- En el segundo piso: 2 dormitorios (cada uno con 2 camas de 90 x 190), un baño con ducha y un WC separado.
El acceso a la cabaña es a través de escaleras que conducen al primer nivel.
Exterior: en un terreno cerrado de 90 m² orientado al sur: una terraza de grava y un jardín con muebles de jardín a la sombra de un hermoso cerezo.
Dispondrá de 2 plazas de aparcamiento privado en frente de la casa de campo (lado de la calle), otros lugares posibles en la vía pública (gratis). La cabaña está ubicada sobre la vía departamental, pero el jardín está en la parte trasera de la casa. Déjese seducir por la dulzura de la vida y el entorno único que ofrece la pequeña ciudad de Auray con vistas a una ría en el Golfo de Morbihan. Los amantes de las piedras antiguas y la historia podrán descubrir el centro histórico de la ciudad con sus calles empedradas y casas con entramado de madera... No se puede perder, a 2 km, el puerto amistoso y animado de Saint-Goustan, que invita a navegar, paseo y acogida de diversos eventos a lo largo del año. Il casolare è una grande casa disposta su 3 livelli così composta:
- Al piano terra: una cucina attrezzata e un soggiorno/salone
- Al piano superiore: 1 camera con 1 letto 160 x 200, 1 camera con 1 letto 160 x 200 e con bagno privato con doccia e wc. Sempre su questo livello: un bagno indipendente e una toilette separata.
- Al 2° piano: 2 camere da letto (ognuna con 2 letti 90 x 190), un bagno con doccia e servizi igienici separati.
L'accesso al cottage avviene tramite scale che portano al 1° livello.
Esterno: su un terreno recintato di 90 mq esposto a sud: una terrazza in ghiaia e un giardino con mobili da giardino ombreggiato da un bellissimo albero di ciliegio.
Avrai 2 posti auto privati davanti al casolare (lato strada), altri posti possibili su strada pubblica (gratuiti). Il casolare si trova lungo la strada dipartimentale, ma il giardino è sul retro della casa. Lasciati incantare dalla dolcezza della vita e dall'ambiente unico offerto dalla cittadina di Auray che si affaccia su una Ria nel Golfo del Morbihan. Gli amanti delle pietre antiche e della storia potranno scoprire il centro storico della città con le sue strade lastricate e le case a graticcio... Da non perdere, a 2 km, l'accogliente e vivace porto di Saint-Goustan, che invita alla nautica, passeggiare e accogliere vari eventi durante tutto l'anno. Le gite est une grande maison aménagée sur 3 niveaux comme suit:
- Au rez-de-chaussée: une cuisine équipée et un séjour/salon
- A l'étage: 1 chambre avec 1 lit en 160 x 200, 1 chambre avec 1 lit en 160 x 200 et disposant d'une salle d'eau privée avec wc. A ce niveau aussi: une salle d'eau indépendante et un wc séparé.
- Au 2ème étage: 2 chambres (chacune avec 2 lits en 90 x 190), une salle d'eau et un wc séparé.
L'accès au gite se fait par des escaliers desservant le 1er niveau.
A l'extérieur: sur un terrain clos de 90 m² exposé sud: une terrasse gravillonnée et un jardin avec salon de jardin ombragé par un beau cerisier.
Vous disposerez de 2 places de parking privées devant le gite (côté rue), d’autres places possibles sur la voie publique (gratuit). Le gite est situé le long de la route départementale, mais le jardin est à l'arrière de la maison.
